Refrigeration systems precisely tailored to your requirements

A high-performance refrigeration system is not simply created during installation, but right from the planning stage. That is why we develop a precise, cost-effective and sustainably designed refrigeration concept for every client. This is based on realistic load profiles, a detailed analysis of the spatial and technical conditions, and the objectives of your project – whether it involves a new build, an extension or the optimisation of an existing system.

On this basis, we design the appropriate system architecture: from the selection of suitable components, through the sizing of the system’s capacity, to the integration of modern control and safety functions. In doing so, we take into account energy efficiency, operating costs, redundancy requirements and legal requirements such as the F-Gas Regulation, the Pressure Equipment Directive and industry-specific standards.

Our practical approach results in a design that not only works on paper, but also operates reliably, efficiently and with future-proofing in practice. The result: a comprehensive technical concept that is precisely tailored to your processes and forms the basis for a cost-effective, durable and easy-to-maintain refrigeration system.

For complex projects, we rely on close collaboration with our partner firm, 2K Plan GmbH. As a specialist engineering firm specialising in building services and industrial engineering, 2K Plan develops well-thought-out system solutions, incorporates energy assessments and supports projects throughout all planning phases.

This ensures you receive a comprehensive, technically coordinated system design – from the concept phase through to the detailed design and successful implementation.

Energy analysis and efficiency planning for existing installations

Particular emphasis is placed on the energy analysis and optimisation of existing refrigeration systems. This involves a detailed examination of actual energy consumption, load profiles and control processes in order to specifically identify weak points and areas of inefficient operation. This forms the basis for a well-founded assessment that clearly shows where energy is being lost and which measures will have the greatest impact.

The analysis involves examining operating conditions, components and control strategies, as well as assessing compressors, condensers, defrosting and part-load behaviour. In addition, potential modernisation options are taken into account – such as the use of new refrigerants, adaptations to regulatory requirements or the integration of digital monitoring and remote maintenance systems.

Based on all the technical data, specific packages of measures are drawn up, including projected savings, payback periods and cost-effectiveness assessments. This provides a basis for decision-making that highlights which optimisation measures offer the greatest technical and financial benefits and how the plant’s efficiency can be sustainably improved.
