Modular plant and climate containers for industrial refrigeration supply
KSI Kältetechnik plans, equips and installs modular Plant and climate containers for industrial applications. The systems are largely pre-assembled at the factory and only need to be connected on site to the existing pipework system. This reduces effort, installation time and interventions at the site to a minimum.
Planning and system concept: The containers are supplied in lengths of 4.0 m to 16.0 m manufactured and can be fitted out on a project-specific basis. Custom solutions beyond these dimensions are also possible by arrangement. If the available floor area on site is not sufficient, several containers can be combined into an overall system, including in a stacked configuration.
Pre-assembled complete solution: Depending on requirements, the containers are fitted out with complete equipment, from the Refrigeration unit over pumps, hydraulic separators, Sound enclosures and Control valves up to and including the Heat rejection on the roof. This creates a ready-to-operate unit for refrigeration generation in an industrial environment.
Technical features: The systems are designed for short lead times, high energy efficiency and rapid commissioning. The complete system is assembled at the factory, transported to the construction site, and there only needs to be connected to the pipework. Compared to full on-site assembly, this significantly reduces time and costs.
Energy efficiency and control: used are variable-speed pumps, precisely adjustable Control valves as well as a heat rejection unit with an efficiency-oriented design. Among others, the following were named 20 per cent area reserve as well as larger fin spacing to keep the degree of soiling constant over the service life.
Refrigeration generation: For refrigeration generation, Turbo compressor used. They ensure low starting currents and high energy efficiency of the system. The system is designed for the respective application as a well thought-out and quickly available solution.
