Your tasks

• Responsible realisation of projects in the fields of air conditioning and ventilation technology, taking into account technical, commercial and scheduling requirements
• Planning of systems as well as preparation and calculation of quotations to customer requirements
• Installation planning and staff deployment planning, including personnel management as well as material procurement and scheduling
• Responsibility for supplementary claims management, project accounting, project documentation and reporting
• Coordination with management, commercial management, customers and internal contacts
• Passing on specialist knowledge to trainees and supporting a smooth training process

Your profile

• Completed vocational training with successfully completed further training as a master refrigeration systems engineer or master craftsman in refrigeration and air conditioning technology (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in project management and project leadership
• Economic thinking and action as well as willingness to take responsibility for assigned projects
• Enjoyment of passing on knowledge to apprentices and helping shape internal processes
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Confident manner, strong communication skills and reliability
• Very good knowledge of German
• Driving licence category B
