Your responsibilities

• Responsible implementation of projects in the fields of air-conditioning and ventilation, taking into account technical, commercial and scheduling requirements
• System design, as well as the preparation and costing of quotations in accordance with customer requirements
• Production planning and staff deployment planning, including staff management, as well as materials procurement and scheduling
• Responsibility for managing amendments, project accounting, project documentation and reporting
• Coordination with senior management, the commercial director, clients and internal contacts
• Passing on specialist knowledge to trainees and ensuring the training programme runs smoothly

Your profile

• Completed vocational training, followed by further training leading to qualification as a Master Refrigeration Engineer or Master Engineer in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Technology (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in project leadership and project management
• A business-minded approach and a willingness to take responsibility for the projects assigned to you
• A passion for passing on knowledge to trainees and helping to shape internal processes
• A structured and goal-oriented approach to work
• A confident manner, strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
• Very good command of German
• Category B driving licence
