KSI Kältetechnik sees itself as a fair and competent company that aims to be a long-term and reliable partner for its customers. We base our actions on the highest ethical values, integrity and fairness and are committed to complying with all applicable laws, guidelines and market standards. For us, this is the basis on which we work together with our private and business clients, institutional clients and partners in a spirit of trust.

At KSI Kältetechnik, compliance does not just mean acting properly and in accordance with the law in all business areas. Compliance is also part of our corporate culture and thus forms the basis of our corporate responsibility.

General principles in the business environment 

Economic success and socially responsible action are not contradictory. For us, acting sustainably and responsibly is one of the most important foundations for respectful and cooperative collaboration with our business partners. We create added value for our customers, our employees and our owners.

We are committed to conducting our business with integrity. In particular, we comply with applicable law, e.g. anti-corruption, data protection, competition, money laundering and environmental law.

At the same time, we are committed to ensuring that our business partners and subcontractors promote and adhere to our principles in order to act honestly, fairly and responsibly. We are aware of our social responsibility. We are entrepreneurial, confident, courageous and performance-oriented, with the aim of achieving the best results. The commitment and skills of each individual are the basis for this. Openness and mutual appreciation characterize the way we work together. We are reliable and honest, credible and have integrity. Compliance is a matter of course for us.

HUMAN / EMPLOYEE RIGHTS – We respect human rights and support their observance, do not tolerate discrimination in the employment and appointment of employees, strictly reject child labor and pay our employees appropriate wages. This corresponds at least to the respective national and local legal standards or levels.

In particular, we comply with the statutory minimum wage regulations. Employee development is particularly important to us. Health and safety in the workplace have top priority.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION – We comply with the environmental standards that apply to us and see environmental protection as a corporate value. When constructing systems and developing services, we ensure that the resulting impact on the environment and climate is kept to a minimum and that our own products make a positive contribution to environmental and climate protection for our customers. Each of our employees has a responsibility to conserve and treat our natural resources with care and to contribute to the protection of the environment and climate through their individual and prudent behavior.

DONATIONS / SPONSORING – We see ourselves as an active member of society and are therefore involved in various ways. We make donations and other forms of social commitment solely in the interests of the company. We do not make any financial contributions, in particular donations or sponsoring measures, to political parties in Germany or abroad, party-affiliated or party-like organizations, individual elected officials or candidates for political office.

REPORTING OBLIGATIONS – All our employees ensure that internal and external reports, records and other documents of our company comply with the applicable legal regulations and standards and are therefore always complete and correct.

IMPLEMENTATION – Our managers fulfill a special role model function. In particular, our principles can be measured in their actions. They are the first point of contact for questions about understanding the regulations and ensure that all employees know and understand our principles. As part of their daily duties, they prevent unacceptable behavior and take appropriate measures to prevent rule violations in their area of responsibility. Good and trusting cooperation between employees and managers is reflected in honest and open information and mutual support.
