Installation &
Commissioning
Careful planning ensures a reliable installation
Before the actual installation begins, technical requirements, cable routes, installation locations and interfaces to other trades must be precisely defined.
The selection of suitable components, the coordination of delivery times and compliance with legal requirements play a decisive role in this. This preliminary planning ensures that the installation can take place without delays, detours or technical conflicts.

For complex projects, we rely on close cooperation with our partner office 2K Plan GmbH. As a specialist engineering office for technical building and industrial technology, 2K Plan develops sophisticated system solutions, integrates energy assessments and supports projects throughout all planning phases. In this way, you receive holistic, technically coordinated system planning – from the concept phase to the elaboration and successful implementation.
Energy analysis and efficiency planning for existing systems
A particular focus is on the energy analysis and optimization of existing refrigeration systems. The actual energy consumption, load profiles and control processes are examined in detail in order to identify weak points and inefficient operating areas. This forms the basis for a well-founded assessment that clearly shows where energy is being lost and which measures will have the greatest effect.
The analysis includes the testing of operating points, components and control strategies as well as the evaluation of compressors, condensers, defrosting and partial load behavior. Possible modernization options are also included – such as the use of new refrigerants, adaptations to regulatory requirements or the integration of digital monitoring and remote maintenance systems.
Specific packages of measures with savings forecasts, payback periods and profitability assessments are derived from all the technical data. This creates a basis for decision-making that makes it clear which optimization steps are technically and financially most worthwhile and how the efficiency of the system can be sustainably increased.
