Embedded in the historical atmosphere of the imposing castle, modern medicine is practiced here at the highest level &#8211; with a clear focus on the skin health of patients. And this is exactly where we were able to make a contribution.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Right from the start, our task was anything but ordinary:<br\/><strong>To plan and implement an efficient, hygienic and highly flexible kitchen within the walls of an old castle.<\/strong> Walls 1.5 meters thick and listed structures set clear structural limits &#8211; and made the implementation a real pioneering project.<\/p>\n\n<p>However, the requirements went far beyond structural challenges.<br\/><strong>No standard catering<\/strong> is offered at Friedensburg Castle. Each patient receives individually tailored meals &#8211; freshly prepared, high quality and often comparable to the cuisine of a Michelin-starred restaurant. This requires not only craftsmanship on the part of the kitchen team, but also technology that is flexible, reliable and resilient.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe hcb-fetch-image-from=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/f7gWG3HL9Bg\" title=\"\ud83d\udd27 Technik trifft Spitzenmedizin: Unser Einsatz im Schloss Friedensburg\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/f7gWG3HL9Bg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<p>From the very beginning, our team was responsible for the entire <strong>refrigeration technology &#8211; from the cold rooms to the peripherals &#8211; as well as for the kitchen technology.<\/strong> <strong>Sustainability, reliability and longevity<\/strong> were particularly important to us.<br\/>To this day, we regularly carry out maintenance &#8211; from cleaning the condensers and replacing probes and sensors to comprehensive hygiene maintenance. Because the same applies to technology: only with continuous maintenance can quality and safety remain at the highest level. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Why is all this so important?<\/strong><br\/>Because nutrition plays a central role in dermatological therapy. The skin &#8211; as the largest human organ &#8211; reacts extremely sensitively to environmental factors and food. Industrially processed convenience products are out of place here.
